Jumpoff Joe Budden was the next artist to stop by “Sway in the Morning” to discuss his upcoming fifth studio album “No Love Lost.” In the clip the two discuss the reasoning for the artists he picked for the album including Tank for his first single “She Don’t Put It down Like You” with Tunechi as Joey briefly touched on having a admiration for Tank’s music in the past thinking it goes unnoticed by most in the music world. Sway asked what was the meaning behind the title album as he felt it was talking to people he had non-positive past dealings with and saying “No Love Lost.”
Joey discusses being in the process for the new album for over a year having to delay it due to him being pre-occupied with Slaughterhouse’s last album “welcome to: OUR HOUSE.” Sway touched on the album having the most features he’s every had on a project in his career as he feels more “seasoned” now being in music for over an decade, consistently.
