We’re used to Joe hitting us with those smooth baby making records that make us want to slide into a sweet tenderoni and give her our child’s seed, but he’s doing something different at the start of February. He’s celebrating Black History Month with “Our Anthem,” a socially conscious record that speaks on some of the problems going on in America today. He takes a little game from Otis Redding‘s “Try A Little Tenderness” (you know, the song Kanye West and JAY Z sampled on “Otis“) and kills it with this one, cooking up something inspirational for the people.
