We were ready for a new project from Jorja Smith from the moment we first heard her voice, but the flurry of music that she’s released this week has further confirmed that. Her new single “Carry Me Home,” out today, has the ability to cancel out everything around you. The song starts out with an incredible poem about the search for love, courtesy of Thea Gajic, and what follows is Jorja at her contemplative best. It features Maverick Sabre, who previously collaborated with her on the track, “A Prince.”
Jorja Smith is here for the long run.
