When you think of Chicago, the first street artists you think of are probably Chief Keef, Lil Durk or Young Chop if we’re talking drill music. Although Jo’Rodeo might fit that street lane, he’s trying to separate himself from what you regularly hear out of the city. “Billy” follows his ambition for cash, much like the rest of who are only trying to grow our stacks.
