For his first single out of the gate, we’re not mad at what young Jovanie is doing out here. He’s but a mere 14-years old already wooing the young shortys, and with “Whip!” he could do it on a grand scale. The song already had the makings of a dance-a-thon off top, and the video pretty much solidifies that, giving him the platform to showcase his skills. Jov really has the potential to do some damage in the mainstream.
