EXCLUSIVE: The Thing Judge Engelmayer Said About 6ix9ine Everyone Ignored Before Last Tr3yway Sentencing

Engelmayer doesn’t agree with the feds dirty tactics

Wednesday afternoon, Harv became the last Tr3yway member to be sentenced to prison, where he unfortunately received 24 years. Before opting to blow trial, Harv was offered a plea deal of 8 years, where he would be forced to point fingers at a person behind the real crime.

However, he declined the offering and decided his integrity was much more than taking a plea deal to come home in a few years. He’ll still be eligible for parole in about a decade, considering the time he’s already served. His extensive community work with the youth should play a factor in him getting his freedom back.

Surprisingly, during today’s court hearing, Judge Engelmayer said something that went over the heads and that nobody wanted to acknowledge. He blatantly said that if Tekashi didn’t cooperate with the government, that there were two people that were going to flip on him, before the arrest happened.

The Judge was already presented with concrete information from the federal government, which shocked him to say the least. Judge Engelmayer went as far as to say that he was shocked 6ix9ine was so loyal to his friends, even after his arrest. Like, he felt Tekashi was dumb for being gullible that his inner-circle cared about him.

However, one conversation with the FEDs led to him making the ultimate decision at avoiding a lengthy prison sentence. Engelmayer had us under the impression that the plan of those cooperators, with the government; wanted 6ix9ine to go down solo as the ring leader of the entire Tr3yway. Once 6ix9ine found that out, and that they wanted to kill him in the process for embarrassing them; that’s when he decided to confirm the FEDs story. Jumping back to the Harv situation.

Harv had a real-life street beef with Shotti, as he didn’t get paid after being fired as security for 6ix9ine. Shotti had even more beef with members of the crew for lack of payments, which didn’t sit well with anyone. Harv went to confront Shotti, but saw 6ix9ine instead after his music video shoot with Nicki Minaj. He wanted to hold Tekashi hostage without harming him and have Shotti pay him his money.

In court, 6ix9ine said Harv wasn’t the person who assaulted him in the kidnapping; and said Harv actually saved his life from the person who wanted to kill him. That person hasn’t been arrested and isn’t tied to the Tr3yway case, which is when Harv would’ve had to testify to save himself from the 24 years.

Given the fact that he opted to blow trial, Engelmayer had no choice but to give him the sentence. He’s been fair with every sentencing of the entire Tr3yway Bloods camp, as we’re sure he’ll be giving consideration to Harv’s parole when it comes up. Here’s the kicker. 6ix9ine wasn’t the reason Harv got sentenced the full 24. He was tied to slashing assault, where his iPhone was pinged from location of the incident.

That situation never got publicized by media, who wanted to make the entire situation about Tekashi. It got to the point, where the Federal Government didn’t need 6ix9ine for any conviction, since that incident and everything else was caught on camera. The government used him as a pond to make future cooperators feel comfortable with taking the stand.

It’s no excuse for him getting on the stand; but Judge Engelmayer did point out that two other people very close to him began working as informants for the government and were planning to make him Godfather of the entire RICO case.

It’s key interviews that blew up that entire case. His trip to the Angie Martinez show, which showed the driver and third informant (before CEO Kris and another unnamed bloods member); and the Breakfast Club that shut down the entire investigation. 6ix9ine legit saved people from being arrested, that weren’t arrested in the initial raid.

Judge Engelmayer said that he was confused why only 8 people were arrested for an entire RICO case. Those types of cases involve 30-50 people, not a handful of known people that are on camera. Essentially, the Federal Government knew everything without 6ix9ine, but needed someone to say their evidence was correct in court.

We’re still under the impression that 6ix9ine was getting out last December, when we broke the viral story last holiday. However, the woman that got shot in her face showed up to court crying, shutting down those chances. Lastly, CEO Kris was also confirmed to not be the person that flipped on 6ix9ine, but said another member of the crew set up in a drug deal with an undercover agent.

We’ll be waiting for his first ever interview on camera, if he decides to speak publicly. CEO Kris was facing life in prison, but walked away with time served and a week last February.
