A Judge Orders Tory Lanez To Stay Away From Megan Thee Stallion

Looks like Tory Lanez will not be contacting Megan Thee Stallion any time soon. A judge in the case has ordered the rapper/singer to stay at least 100 yards away from Meg at all times, following his felony assault charge last week. He must also not have any “personal, electronic, telephonic or written contact” with her and keep all firearms away.

Prosecutors in the case requested the judge to raise his bail from $35,000 to $190,000 and the judge granted the motion for them.

Tory’s lawyer asked the court to delay his arraignment until November 18 and the judge agreed.

This all comes following a July 12 incident in which Megan was shot in the foot by Lanez as she exited the vehicle. She spoke on her experience in an op-ed for the New York Times today, saying black women need to be protected. Of course, Tory responded and denied all allegations through his latest DAYSTAR album.

If convicted, the Toronto artist can face up to 23 years in prison.
