Juice WRLD‘s posthumous album Legends Never Die has debuted at number one on this week’s Billboard 200 chart.
The project managed to move a massive 497,000 units in its first week, making it the largest week of 2020 so far. Of that figure, 283,000 were streaming equivalent units (422.63 million on-demand streams), 209,000 were pure album sales (over 100 merchandise/album bundle offers were available) and 3,000 were track equivament units.
Juice’s album holds the biggest week for a male hip-hop artist since Travis Scott’s Astroworld in August 2018. It also boasts the biggest streaming week of 2020 and the fourth largest streaming week ever.
