Following his memorable performance at the 2013 MTV VMAs, Justin Timberlake made his way back to Power 105 to visit “The World’s Most Dangerous Morning Show”, The Breakfast Club. Things opened up with speaking on the creation process of his upcoming album “The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2” citing he and Timbaland just decided to hit the studio and came up with multiple ideas at once creating to make some organic material.
He said the two albums directly correlate with each other saying part one was for spring & summer audience, and to expect a darker sequencing of sounds in part two heading into the fall. Fresh off the “Legends Of The Summer” with JAY Z, Timberlake revealed a story about “My Love” initially being for Hov; but scheduling problems caused him to go with TI, who was a better fit for that single.
He also touched on returning back to the music scene and helping his friend Timbaland out of depression, and Jigga recording a track for him before “Suit & Tie” that will be featured on the new album. Check after the jump to listen to the 20-minute interview.
