The one thing about KAMAU after you listen to his music is the fact you can’t box him into a category, musically. He’s got different influences and that shows with every record. His new EP A Gorgeous Fortune showcases those talents into a 6-track opus, which has a little bit of everything. If you weren’t already up on the up and comer, this project is surely a good place to start. From a live band setting, to Caribbean and R&B influences, this is one guy to keep an eye on.
