It might be Memorial Day weekend, but all anyone seems to be talking about is the Kanye West and Kim Kardashian wedding. Many reports and pictures have been trickling out about the event, even after they confiscated electronic devices.
The couple flew friends and family on private jets to Fort di Belvedere in Florence, and officially married this afternoon, with pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. leading the ceremony. The two were surrounded by most of their loved ones and everyone in attendance heard John Legend and Andrea Bocelli sing to the newlyweds.
Among those in attendance included the entire Kardashian-Jenner family (except for Rob), Jonathan Cheban, Malika Haqq, Serena Williams, Carla DiBello, Rachel Roy, Chrissy Teigen, LaLa Anthony, Ricardo Tisci, Q-Tip, Steve McQueen, Big Sean, Tracey Mills, Common, Rick Rubin, Jean Touitou, Tyga, DONDA and Jaden Smith.

- 1. A source told PEOPLE magazine that Kanye West was nervous leading up to the ceremony.
2. The couple chose to marry at the 16th century Fort di Belvedere fortress in Florence, Italy because they conceived baby North there.
3. John Legend performed “All Of Me” on the piano for the couple.
4. Kanye West gave a 15 minute speech after the ceremony.
5. JAY Z and Beyonce were not present at the wedding. As a matter of fact, Bey was doing this while it was taking place. She did, however, congratulate the couple on IG afterward.
6. Riccardo Tisci designed Kanye West’s custom tuxedo, while Kim Kardashian walked down the isle in a Givenchy gown.
7. Rob Kardashian left Florence, Italy last night and flew back to Los Angeles, with reports saying he missed the wedding after a major family dispute.
8. The ceremony ended with fireworks.
9. This is Kim Kardashian’s third marriage.
10. Andrea Bocelli sang the classic “Con Te Partio” for them as well.
May 24th, will live in celebrity infamy. Especially since it will all be available to watch on E! in the new season of Keeping up with the Kardashians. The Kim and Kanye wedding special will air Sunday June 8.
