Kanye West blames DaBaby manager DONDA release, as it looks like September 3rd is the guaranteed date to get the project with CLB. Following Thursday night’s listening session for DONDA in Detroit, there was speculation that the album would be releasing this weekend.

It went as far as to some insiders affiliated with G.O.O.D. Music confirming that the album would be released either Friday or Saturday. Following Drake’s announcement reveal on ESPN Friday morning and Apple Music changing the date for DONDA, it’s now confirmed that both will be releasing next Thursday night.

Moments ago, Kanye took to the gram to reveal that DaBaby’s manager is the reason why the new album didn’t release this weekend. With the entire album is done and submitted, Yeezy confirmed that DaBaby’s verse on Jail with JAY-Z and Marilyn Manson had not been cleared.

Kanye revealed in the text that he was adamant on not taking DaBaby off the song, citing he was the only person in rap that publicly supported him during his political run.
