Whenever Kanye West has the opportunity to give a speech, you know it’s a spectacle. On this occasion, not so much. Thanks to the Webby Awards, Yeezy won “Artist of the Year,” but they only allow five word speeches, so Mr. West had to deliver something he’s not used to doing.
