Over the last 48 hours, Kanye West’s interview on BBC Radio 1 with Zane Lowe has been one of the most talked about viral videos on the web(s). Things open with Kanye speaking on his creative approach to music and current new family life with Kim briefly, which led to completely different conversation for his most recent albums. Throughout the interview, Ye talks about his last two album’s being “Watch The Throne” with JAY Z and his most recent album “YEEZUS” with Rick Rubin, citing the two as the Zen masters to help lead both projects; as in his mind, he’s just an artist. The conversation continues with Ye talking about his Nike Yeezy collection, which leads to a conversational breakdown of the “New Slave” aspect in materialistic items the average person cannot afford.
