CBS gon’ be alright?

With the King of Late Night, David Letterman officially retired from the game, CBS is looking to regain their crown with a new regime headlined by Stephen Colbert. The former Comedy Central host is now the helm of CBS’ The Late Show and has decided to take aim at his rival at The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon. Top Dawg Entertainment’s own, Kendrick Lamar, is set to take over the Ed Sullivan Theater this September 8th, as the first ever musical guest for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. George Clooney, who was also previously announced as the first sit-down guest for the series also makes the premiere episode a must-see affair in a few weeks.
