Is K. Dot premiering the next single from his sophomore album?
Only a few months removed from his collaborative Imagine Dragons performance last winter, Kendrick Lamar will be returning to Saturday Night live for his third performance. This marks the Compton’s rapper third overall trip to Studio 8H and second time headlining since his good kid, m.A.A.d city medley performance in 2013.
The episode is set to air November 15th and will feature Woody Harrelson making his return to the show for the first time in 22 years. With Woody promoting the forthcoming release of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, set to invade theaters the following weekend, were sure he’ll poke fun at his time on HBOs hit-series, True Detective. K. Dot’s expected to perform his buzzing “i” single, but there’s still questions remaining if he’ll bring Jay Rock out to perform “Pray for It”’ or debut the official next single from his highly-anticipated sophomore album.
