Tha Alumni’s Kid Ink was the next artist to stop by “The World’s Most Dangerous Morning Show,” The Breakfast Club. In this interview, Kid Ink speaks on his recent deal with RCA records and the public weary about him joining a major having buzz in the streets heavy with multiple music visuals and his most recent mixtape “RocketShipShawty.”
As one of the brightest new artist in the game right now, the Kid feels he’s already peaked the ceiling as far the indy market and feels he’s ready to tap into the major market wanting to take his brand to next level and establish himself more as an artist. They also jump into his tattoo game which he got his first at the age of 16 and his fascination with arm graffiti.
Angela Yee brings up his most recent with Wale and Meek Mill “Badass” which is doing great on iTunes which Kid Ink briefly touched on Rick Ross reaching out to Tha Alumni if they ever needed help and his friendship with Wale. With the success of TDE, Snoop and Game, the club brings up whether he’s under pressure to continue the rise of the West Coast making in the East Coast and South like they have thus far.
