Kodak Black has pleaded guilty to federal weapons charges, CBS Miami reports. The rapper previously proclaimed his innocence, but pled guilty at a hearing in Miami this morning. Authorities say that he could face up to eight years in prison.
In May, Kodak was charged for falsifying information on federal forms to purchase firearms, and was denied bond by a judge saying he was a “danger to the community.” One of the weapons purchased by Black was found at the scene of a shooting in Pompano Beach.
His sentencing has been set for November 13th.
