As one of the most talented young producers of recent years, there’s always a reason to be excited when new work from Lee Bannon is released. Somewhat out of the blue, the growing musician has revealed a 22-minute EP titled Place / Crusher, which manages to group work from Poliça, Clpng and Sunni Colòn throughout the intimate listening experience. If you’re accustomed to more of a hip-hop rooted approach from Bannon, his latest mix should certainly explore other areas of the musical field.
