One of the hottest new artists in rap is Philly newcomer Lil Uzi Vert, and he’s showing more and more flashes of why. He’s hard at work trying to further his name in the world of rap.
After just releasing a joint tape with Gucci Mane titled 1017 vs. The World, he’s just announced that he’s working on the follow up to his cult classic Luv Is Rage.

With the announcement above, he also kind of announced that he’s working on his debut album as well. He didn’t announce a date for the tape, but we wouldn’t be surprised if he dropped before the year let out or early in the new year. He’s been known to work quickly dropping 3 projects throughout the year of 2016.
The original Luv Is Rage tape only featured two artists in Wiz Khalifa and Young Thug, but with his newfound fame he may bring along a few more artists for the follow up. Production was handled by TM88, Sonny Digital, Lex Luger, and more so it’ll be interesting to see what he does this time around.
