Last spring, Lil Uzi Vert dropped his Lil Uzi Vert Vs. The World, which was filled with some street cuts and ratchet-club ready sounds. One of which that stood out for our own personal listening sessions while in the whip (need to hear in a strip club), was his Metro Boomin-produced song, “You Was Right.” While the North Philly rapper opens up on his relationship issues and the unfaithfulness of a particular chick, he thanks the homie for putting him on game to avoid a potential heart break.
