The original “Feds Watching” single only featured Pharrell, but around the time Lil Wayne was prepping the fifth installment of his Dedication series, he managed to jump on the single and bring T.I. along for the ride. This is actually how the tape ended (as heard by the DJ Drama drops in the beginning). If only it rolled out as an official remix.
