The TIDAL and Roc Nation rumors with Lil Wayne have been circling for a while, but he’s out in the open claiming the team now.
Live from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania, Weezy F. Baby took to the crowd to announce he’s part of the Roc Nation crew and put a diamond in the air while saying it. It’s obvious he’s in close contact with JAY Z, because he’s claimed to be a Roc-A-Fella millionaire and stated he signed a deal with TIDAL in the past. This time it’s more blatant.
“Is it cool if I just say it? It’s the Roc! You know I’m a member of that team now.”

While his Cash Money deal (and Tha Carter V) are still in limbo, the two have yet to solve their issues in court. Whether this is just adding more fuel to the fire or if the two sides have actually agreed to terms is yet to be seen. Tunechi on the Roc, though?
