Lupe Fiasco’s been in the controversial spotlight recently not for music; but for expressing himself and political views in public settings which some may think it’s “inappropriate,” but the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution begs to differ. Here we get some new music from the ChiRaq legendary emcee with “Light Blue” which originally hit the web last night as snippet but he felt it was right to release new music for his fans.
While at the GRAMMY’s for his “Rap Album Of The Year” nomination, Lupe made the cancellation of his “Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album Pt. 2” project with the announcement of a new project “Tetsuo & Youth.” Whether this track lands on the album remains to be seen, but we’re always happy to get quality Lupe records around these parts.
