Earlier this month, Lupe Fiasco caused a frenzy with his fans, saying that he wasn’t releasing his second album this year, DROGAS Wave. With his original effort, DROGAS Light, suffering delays from sampling clearance issues; he gave up on setting deadlines for efforts in the foreseeable future.
