Today would have been Breonna Taylor’s 27th birthday. She was an EMT technician from Louisville, Kentucky who was on the front line treating covid patients and working to become a nurse and start a family. On March 13th the Louisville police burst into her apartment with no warrant and shot her 8 times while she was sleeping. She was murdered by the police who were suppose to serve and protect her. Still, no arrests have been made. It’s imperative that we share her story and demand that the police who murdered Breonna are arrested and charged.
