Tri-State, remember Mad Ciphas? It’s been a few years since we’ve seen the first ever street formatted hip-hop video series air to showcase rhymes. Today the series returns for an official re-pilot, as we flashback to 2001 with some footage showing the legendary uptown collective known as Most Hated (Vado, Charlie Clips & Jae Millz).
Without Mad Ciphas, there wouldn’t have been the “DVD-era” that ushered in battle leagues today (originally formatted from our URLTV comrades for S.M.A.C.K), as well as The Come Up, Sub-O, Cocaine City, BLAM and many more.
