As admirers of their work together, we finally saw the release of Freddie Gibbs and Madlib‘s collaborative album Piñata in March, going hand in hand with the lyrical nature of Danny Brown, Raekwon, Earl Sweatshirt, Ab-Soul and many others. One of the standout solo tracks from the project was “Real,” which was aimed at Jeezy. Today Rappcats have provided the instrumental version of the song, which will be available on the Piñata Beats album, out on June 3rd.
