R.I.P. Makaveli, Stretch & Kato
When most people think of the iconic Tupac Shakur discography, the two albums that generally come to mind are All Eyez on Me and Me Against the World. Last Friday, was the 20th anniversary of Thug Life: Volume 1, which we still feel is one of the more overlooked gems not only in his catalog of music, but rap period.
Before Death Row, spending a year in prison and forming the popular New Joisey-based Outlaw Immortalz collective, Pac already had the jails and streets rhyming lyrics from the Thug Life album.
