One of Mapei‘s biggest hits, if not the biggest hit in her career undoubtedly has to be “Don’t Wait.” If you haven’t heard the Jungle remix of the track which is completely switched up from the original, her new video will put you on. The video follows a girl living in a neighborhood who watches another move into her building and be bullied by older kids. She steps up to the plate in her defense and the two become BFF’s when its all said and done. It’s a good message in a time when race is a much talked about topic and the fact people don’t really speak up for complete strangers when they might witness something bad.
The deluxe version of Hey Hey is due out October 16.
