Marlowe aka L’Orange and Solemn Brigham are fresh off dropping their joint album earlier this month. Today, they’re back with a black and white video for “Things We Summon,” which is directed by Alexander Thompson and features astronauts and space shuttles.
“’Things We Summon’ is one of the smoothest cuts on Marlowe,” Solemn told Afropunk. “It’s a contrast to some of the quicker tracks and brings a calm but still urgent pace to reflect to. Working with Alex Thompson was great. I think the video perfectly matches the tone of the song and creates an eerie atmosphere to keep you floating.”
