Maroon 5 Takes Over The “Saturday Night Live” Stage

No Big Sean for the “Maps (Remix)” but Maroon V kills this set

Last night, Sarah Silverman made her grand return to Saturday Night Live for a first official hosting gig. While giving a memorable monologue and paying homage to the late Joan Rivers, she set the tone for the night for those on hand and viewers in the crowd to finally give SNL some much-needed great comic relief.

Adam Levine and Maroon 5 made their return to the show, marking their third appearance for the legendary late-night sketch comedy series in the last 2 years. Levine, who hosted previously in 2013, surprised many with appearing in a few sketches including one where he played himself. Although Silverman out-shined all for the night, Maroon 5 gave two performances of their recently released V album last month with “Animals” and “Maps.”
