Fresh off the release of her “B.I.T.C.H.” single, Megan Thee Stallion got on the phone with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 to talk about the track and the upcoming debut album.
About the new track, she said she got her manager to get Helluva to cook up the beat when she told him she wanted to remake “Ratha Be Ya Nigga” by 2pac. Apparently, the producer sent the production back in a day and she cooked it up fast.
On the topic of the new album, she said her and Pharrell locked in the studio for four days. According to her, they cooked up fire and he called her a “machine” because of her work ethic and how fast she knocked out songs. SZA is also going to be album (on a track produced by Juicy J), as well as Kehlani. We’re sure she has more surprises on deck, but that’s all she’s willing to reveal for now.
