It has been two years since Melanie Fiona has given fans any music to savor. She took a hiatus from the game to raise her new child, so motherhood has taken up most of her time lately. Don’t get this new single twisted either. Although “Remember U” might be about heartbreak, she’s in a happy relationship at the moment. She’s just drawing inspiration from a bad experience for this record, giving fans a little taste of her upcoming album Next Train.
Even if she’s not currently going through this at the moment, the songwriting and emotion is still there. Maybe it helps someone get through their break up.
