Digging into the archives for his upcoming “The Piece Maker 3 Return of the 50 MC’s”, DJ Tony Touch came across some rare unreleased footage of Nas performing. The year was 1993 at The Fever around the time “Illmatic” was just touching the streets.
Nas performed classics such as “One Love”, “NY State of Mind”, “Life’s A Bitch” and closed out things with “The World Is Yours”. With a young Shyheim, the Rugged Child watching closely studying Nasty Nas with help from AZ, the small crowd in the Boggie Down Bronx witnessed some history during the Illmatic days.
