Nate Dogg “Throwback At Noon” Tribute Set, by Mister Cee

Today marked the two year anniversary in the passing in one of the originators of the g-funk sound. Behind the scenes here, the headquarters are obviously NYC based; but we’re always riding out with that real G-Funk shit every day. Mister Cee who’s always had a fondness for the West Coast even during the 90’s when it wasn’t cool to play Los Angeles music on Hot 97 still remained true to playing good music despite where it was based.

For the young heads out here who love to listen to Wiz Khalifa, Future, T-Pain & Max Biggavelli; Nate Dogg was one of their biggest influences if not the biggest influence to both of those artists making good music we all bump. Enjoy this mix of all of your favorite Nate classics as the finisher DJ Mister Cee spreads that NYC love all the way to the 213 in the Eastside of that LBC in remembrance for the greatest hip-hop crooner of all time.
