stay dangerous. . .
Last summer, the Federal Government arrested 23 members of Chicago’s Black Disciples street gang on drug and gun trafficking charges. It got as far as to them pin-pointing the official leader of the entire camp, as members fled the city went elsewhere.
What’s most shocking, was local Chicago law enforcement revealing a narcotics distribution link with a faction of the Gangster Disciples. For those that don’t know, the GDs and BDs have had arguably the biggest rivalry for all black gangs in America – yes, more than the bloods and crips.
So, last week, Miami news revealed that federal agents in Louisiana and Florida were investigating a 2019 shooting involving NBA YoungBoy. The incident left one-man dead, with two more being wounded in the process. The shooting happened right before he was set to perform in-front of a live crowd, which will probably go down in history as one of the craziest incidents ever.
His former girlfriend, Kaylyn Long, was one of the victims shot, when YoungBoy was excited the Trump International Beach Resort. When NBA’s camp got out the car, a black Cadillac Escalade drove up and opened fire on his camp. Along with the body, this got serious when a five-year-old boy was grazed by the bullet.
Since then, state and federal law enforcement have been connected to share intelligence about the incident and a larger investigation. Unfortunately, he’s not the only person being investigation, as many other names have been brought to our attention. The Chicago Black Disciples, then last holiday’s arrest of Casanova was the first of many takedowns they’re planning.
