As much as we’re happy that this is the most music that The New Royales has given us in years (maybe ever), we’re wondering what’s going on with them creatively. We don’t remember them being as pop-centric or sunny with it. This might be the most hazy track they’ve delivered thus far, but we missed the memo if they switched up their sound.
Either way, we’re still looking forward to that album, and maybe we need to listen to these new drops with open ears and not compare it to the old songs.
