Fifth Harmony member Normani is making her move as a solo artist this year after signing a deal with Keep Cool/RCA Records. Following her recent Calvin Harris collaborations “Checklist” and “Slow Down,” she’s back this week with more new music.
“Waves” finds the Houston singer collaborating with 6LACK. “Thank God for the weekend, I’ma go out with my friends, I’d rather let the liquor sink in,” she sings. “Then the parts of you that I should not be thinking, when I’m with someone else, it’s feeling like I’m cheating.”
