Olawumi is a Nigerian singer/songwriter from New Jersey, and is back with a dope pair of tracks that make up the first volume of her Hate Me series. It’s borders on poignant at times, but blossoms as an empowered couple of ballads from Olawumi and her producer of choice, Reckless. They have the same hook, but definitely have two different vibes—regardless, they piece together nicely and make for a nice volume one.
