Besides the small minority knowing him during earlier days, Isaiah Rashad’s signing to Top Dawg Entertainment increased his popularity by a substancial amount. After introducing himself through putting pen to paper and appearing in the crew’s BET cypher, there’s clearly a large amount of pressure on his shoulders. Isiah isn’t worried though, as he takes part in Myspace’s ONETWOWATCH series by visiting his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Over the course of the short documentary, the rapper helps viewers get acquainted with who is on a personal level through speaking to family members, showing us his car and telling stories that go hand in hand, sharing the environment he was brought up in, discussing his favorite music and much more. It’s clear that he isn’t one to hide who he truly is.
