For whatever reason, it didn’t seem like we got many R&B tracks in April, but the ones we did were fire. Especially if we’re talking about the track of the month, Drake’s “Girls Love Beyonce.” Don’t front like it’s still not in rotation if you’re with a shorty.
Other notable releases last month included a funky Mayer Hawthorne single, Chris Brown’s surprising “Fine China,” a Miguel remix and baby making music from The-Dream. We’re hoping more R&B is released throughout the month of May because the year has been on fire so far and it would be a shame if it cooled down now.
