In every major hip-hop artist’s career, there is that point where they’re faced with an opportunity to take the spotlight in the mainstream. For Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, one of those moments happened with their video for “Look Into My Eyes,” and it’s involvement in the major motion picture Batman & Robin.
Like most music videos from films in the ’90s, this particular visual had a steady dose of scenes from the film, mixed with other action from the artists. The visuals involved all the members of Bone running around a number of locations in a metropolitan area, looking to be avoiding some sort of trouble.
Even though this song is a classic in Bone’s catalog, we wish we could say the same for the actual Batman movie. It was just all kinds of bad, from the horrible story down to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s poor excuse for acting. However hot this song was (and still is), it will unfortunately always be linked to that awful, awful film.
