You do remember Harlem World, right? Their debut (and only) album, The Movement, dropped on So So Def in 1999 right as the jiggy, shiny-suit era was in full effect. Baby Stase, Blinky Blink, Cardan, Huddy, Meeno and Loon made their mark with the lead single “I Really Like It,” which featured M-A-dollarsign-E and Kelly Price on the hook.
The track made a significant splash on the charts, but as group, they never broke out like they intended to. Their last appearance on wax was Ma$e’s sophomore album Double Up.
