The young boys might not full understand, but No Limit Records was a monster back in the ’90s. Something like how YMCMB has dominated the mainstream for years, Master P and the Miller boys won the underground. They might not have conquered the mainstream like that, but they built an empire from the bottom up.
Oh yeah, remember Montell Jordan? Most might just remember him from his ’90s super smash, “This Is How We Do It,” but he had other notable tracks in the arsenal.
We hope you didn’t forget about the Master P and Silkk The Shocker assisted “Let’s Ride” single from his album of the same name. Believe it or not, this track peaked at #2 on the Hot 100 in 1998, and solidified MJ’s reign back on the charts.
One time for No Limit Records.
