We don’t need hip-hop timeline events to take time and appreciate the greatness of the Port Arthur legends we grew up loving, UGK. Following their first national hit thanks to Jigga and Timothy on “Big Pimpin,” UGK was readying their fourth studio album Dirty Money highlighted by “Wood Wheel.” The only thing Bun B needed was his partner Pimp behind the boards, with the two delivering a timeless classic for the riders out there.
Like Jigga was riding through the street of Brooklyn bumping “Wood Wheel” in his episode of Diary on MTV, we might be doing the same thing on the left side of things later today with some greenery in our surroundings.
