Nas changed our life, man. We can’t even lie.
We’ve rooted for the homie through thick and thin (well, minus Nastradamus) and we can honestly say he shaped our musical tastes from an early age. Only the Lord knows where we’d be if it wasn’t for our ears listening his albums.
On July 17, his tenth solo studio effort, Life Is Good, is set to hit shelves. Even at this stage in his career, Nasir continues to impress us. His last album Untitled, was solid, and one can argue that it was critically slept on. It seems like he’s stepped up his game once again, though, and delivered the product we all want to hear on Life Is Good.
Today, we take a look back at some our favorite Nas videos, as we reminisce with the music and remember our younger years and how we felt watching some of these visuals.
