Back before Meek Mill was being condemned for “Amen,” Nas had his own backlash with the church, and “Hate Me Now” took the cake as Nas portrayed himself on a cross being crucified. The visual also caused the classic Puffy vs. Steve Stoute office fight over an edit of the video, and it remains Nas’ most controversial video to date.
