Prodigy dropped some of the most controversial lines ever on the 2006 Mobb Deep record “Pearly Gates.” In the history of 50 Cent’s career, he had never been one to shy away from saying anything on the mic, but dealing with religion was bit too much for him. On the album version, the lyrics were switched up to avoid boycotts of the album. In the midst of this, P said he would only discuss his reasoning for the lyrics on the Larry King show.
