Off the record, ONYX is one of the main reasons we fell in love with Hip-Hop; and in 1998, we were introduced to 50 Cent on their “Shut ‘Em Down” album. Although Fif’s verse clocked in under 20 seconds, he made a good impression in his first major appearance on a record.
